Christmas menu...

Celebrate Christmas 2009 at Saultz Bistro with our four course menu of fresh, locally-sourced festive fayre...

Starters:

Homemade winter vegetable broth served with a warm roll or Oven baked flat cap mushrooms filled with smoked bacon topped with stilton or Traditional prawn cocktail topped with marie rose sauce.

Main course:
Roast crown of turkey served with apricot stuffing, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets and cranberry sauce or Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and rich onion gravy or Poached salmon with a bed of wilted spinach finished with a creamy prawn and chive sauce or Stilton and vegetable crumble served with new potatoes and a dressed salad.

Dessert:
Traditional christmas pudding with brandy sauce or Raspberry fig and plum tart with cream or ice cream.

And finally...
Coffee and a mince pie.
